We understand that sometimes circumstances require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation with a Minimum of 24 hours is required. If it's less than 24 hours but greater than 12 hours:
There will be a 50% charge based on the service's total cost and charged to the card on file or at the next visit if there is not a valid credit card on file.

2. Cancellation with less than 12 hours’ notice or not showing up for your appointment:
The full fee will be charged to the card on file or at the next visit if there is not a valid credit card on file.

Please be mindful of this policy as it allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and we will evaluate those situations on a case-by-case basis.
